Oakland Protests Continue

Warning: Lots of profanity: The Oakland public safety commission wanted to ban "tools of violence" on the streets.

Looking At Far More Radical Alternatives

Will this guy be blowing up bridges in the near future? To be honest, though, he comes off as much smarter than the idiot newsbabe who's interviewing him. I do love the idea that he's working on analytics for the People's Puppet Guild.

She's Baaaaaack!

Mama Dreadlocks returns to the scene of the crime:
Stacey Hessler, 39, left her four children at home in Florida to take an 18-hour bus ride to today's protest. "This is the focal point," Hessler said in Bryant Park. "I want to be here to help make sure there are as many of us as possible so everyone else around the world can be inspired to stage protests." She carried a sign saying "a woman's place is in the revolution."
Last seen here back in November:
Prior to that she spent some time under a tarp at Zoo-Cotti with an unemployed waiter. The sad thing is that I'm beginning to think that abandoning her four kids at home may actually be the best thing in the world for them. Who wants an idiot like this for a mother?

Some More Non-Occupy Movement Violence

Since we all know these are "peaceful" protests, this guy simply isn't a member:
It was at the October 21 OWS event that the informant first met Douglas Wright, 26, who reportedly confided details of his group’s planned attacks “against corporate America and the financial system,” according to court filings. Pictured above, Wright eventually served as the informant’s bridge to the four other men busted in the bombing plot--despite the fact that the quartet was “unsure” about the snitch for whom Wright vouched. Of the five men arrested, four were involved in the Occupy Cleveland movement, according to their Facebook profiles, a news story, and a federal criminal complaint.

More Oakland Insanity

Notice that none of those arrested do the sensible thing, which would be to cooperate. Instead they seem to want to debate the constitution while refusing to be cuffed.

More Rational Thought from OWS
